This hot plate is compact, easy to use, portable to everywhere and super fast heat up. It is perfect fit for 2-4 ppl BBQ. The plate and the stove outside is very easy to clean too. However the heat is uneven throughout the plate. If you use the 24 holes Takoyaki plate, you will find some Takoyaki balls are ready quickly but some of them takes forever to cook. Also, the hot plate is not really deep. It is very easy to spill the oil or sauce inside the stove. Once it spilled inside, it is almost impossible to cleanup and you can just leave it. So you need to be super careful when using.
